Seriously??

The Blue Devils pulled out a big victory over arch rival (nemesis?) Tarheels last night.  It was a big victory because it was against UNC, not because UNC is any good this year.  I was really nervous during the game, and felt like there was a lot riding on it.  I tend to take it pretty seriously, but this is a bit over the top.

Here is a quote from Roy Williams comparing the current UNC basketball season to the Haiti tragedy:
"Massage therapist told me, she said, 'You know, coach, what happened in Haiti is a catastrophe. What you're having is a disappointment.' I told her that depends on what chair she was sitting in. Because it does feel like a catastrophe to me, because it is my life."
So... ACC record of 2-7 = 230,000 lives lost in the Haiti Tragedy
230,000

(A "fan" wanted to take a pic with the mascot after the Pheiffer game, so he covered up her awful jersey with his cape for the picture.  Well played.  Even the guys wearing Pheiffer shirts in the background think this is funny.  I do love the rivalry, and college basketball, but let's not compare it large scale loss of life in any capacity.  Roy, show a little respect and class.)

Crap...

So, my 30D is sad today.  Whenever I hit the shutter button, it fires and then fires three more times before giving me a Error 99 message.  I really don't want to replace this camera.  I'll probably send it in to Canon for repair, but I have no idea about the cost. Sad.

Update!
I sent the camera in to Canon for repair.  The rep I spoke with on the phone was very nice, but I doubt it is still under warranty.  Hopefully, I'll have a repair estimate in a few days.

Jon Stewart Is A Funny, Funny Man.

I couldn't get the clip to embed, so click HERE for it.  Jon Stewart does an impression of Glen Beck.
via The Daily Show
Also, I hate Glen Beck.  This is by far the funniest imitation of him that I have seen so far.  Props to you, Mr. Stewart.  I am officially a 11/3-er.
So much media hate for Glenn lately.  The Onion, and now The Daily Show.  Please keep it coming.

Just When I Thought "Ratitude" Was The Lowest They Could Sink...

A Weezer branded Snuggie that comes with a copy of the new album.  Wow.
